Newport Beach Wedding // Megan & James

I shot Megan & James engagement photos on the beach so I was really looking forward to their wedding day! Southern California in December is just a dream. We were worried about some rain but it ended up being perfect. The bride & groom's family all came from out of town so it was a really special event. 

The reception was held at the Salt Creek Grille, and my favorite part was the cute milk shake bar they had! The bride & groom love milkshakes, so I thought it was a cute way to incorporate some personal details. The groom also surprised his bride with two beautiful songs he sang on the acoustic guitar, it was seriously the sweetest thing ever. Little things like that are what make a wedding so special.
